My mom moved today. 3 1/2 hours away! I can't believe it.
I sewed 20 diapers during the past two days. My cousin brought me her serger. I've never used a serger before. She gave me a quick lesson yesterday, but when I tried it today, it only cut the edge, it didn't sew the seam closed!! Oh well, I guess she will have to come over for another lesson!

I've never used a serger before, though my mom has one...I'm not even entirely sure what it's FOR...LOL That's a fair number of diapers in only a couple days, but you'll certainly be using them! LOL Bummer about your mom moving! I know that I miss my own mom a lot, as I'm in Italy and she's still back in Colorado...
I hope you were able to relax on your days off from work!
i can come over and help you figure it out...i have one that i use frequently.
if you can go on line a download a manual because it might be as simple as it not being threaded correctly. and yes, it does matter which one get threaded first. :)
OK, I'm going to have to ask what a 'serger' is?
